exposed Annagh Beach there is excellent surf. The area is renowned for

beaches for children and tuition is available. In Achill the watersport
enthusiast can enjoy the gentle lapping of the waves in Dú Éige bay or the
roaring surf of DuGort. It advisable to check with the watersport centres
beforehand regarding the qualifications and insurance provided.
Based in Belmullet, the UISCE centre is a watersports centre and an
Irish Language School combined into one. On offer are a wide range
of courses for both adults and children.
